Actually, this software predates Galaxy by several years. It was called 
"Opcode Patch Librarian" (Version 4) dated 1987.

I would be surprised if the file format changed between the 2 programs 
though. Galaxy was primarily an update/rename IIRC.

At any rate, I expect the hex editor will tell me enough.

Now, just an old working mac away....
