[sdiy] 32 Stages of Vactrol Phase Shift

I put the second section of 16 stages on the breadboard. I've attached a couple of quickie samples running 32 stages of phase shift and 31 stages of positive regeneration.

Each sample is a single track that starts with a short bit of the original dry signal. Source is the DW6000 - no effects, other than the phase shifter itself.
