I had Ian Fritz email me about this too.  But the reason I mentioned it was
because I observed it at one point when comparing my Nord violin to the real
thing, I'm almost positive.  That's the weird part.  I don't know what
violin sample I was using though.  But the ones I looked at a few hours ago,
I couldn't replicate the affect using just a sawtooth wave as a reference.
If I find out what files I compared I'll hopefully clarify the issue.
