YUCK... 'tin' plating
I would think you'd have about the same shelf life as bare copper...
and then things would get really worse.
electroless tin plating (the most common diy method) will probably
last six months then be impossible to remove or improve. imho
I'd solder plate first. Thats really diy eh ??? :^P
