Speaking of audiophiles, I recently purchased a pair of Klipsch KG-4
speakers off of eBay and received the shipment last night. After
hooking them up, I listened to some "reference" cds, and was shocked
to hear details in the recordings I had never noticed before. I got
my wife to sit down and listen and started talking about the detail
in the upper midrange, the spacious sound stage, the well-defined,
authoritative bass, and suddenly realized I was sounding like a cork
sniffer. So I shut up and just let her listen. In a few minutes she
said, "Wow, I''m hearing things I've never heard before."

Anyway, it reminded me of Zappa's quote; "Writing about music is
liking dancing about architecture."

They are good speakers though.
