Until a couple years ago, you had to be a business to buy from
Farnell France. Or pretend to be one and provide a siret number.
This is not the case anymore, although private persons still have
a fixed 6 EUR shipping fee. Businesses benefit from free shipping
above a certain amount.

That never was a problem with Verospeed^WRS.

Whoever Jürgen was replying to: if you have problems ordering from
Farnell, drop me an email. I'm going to order stuff from them in a
month or so.
