[sdiy] still FS: 2 Milton sets + more

Luckily, someone was able to pick up most of the stuff locally.  Here is what I
have left:

Boards for 2 Miltons (so 2 engine boards and 8 bank boards), the newer
Red boards with the Asynchronys thing built in.

2 drilled out faceplates, 1/4" jacks and LEDS for the 2 faceplates, ICs
that come with the Miltons, and the 33k common resistors.

100 knobs.  They are the small black aluminum knobs from Futurlec:

All of the instruction manuals/schematics
