[sdiy] garage sale Hohner K4 String Synth - worth fixing?

I picked one of these up at a garage sale for free. Pretty beat up / rust /
smells like someone's shed / guy says he doesn't think it works.

Any ideas if it's worth digging into? Anyone going to Pacific NW synth
meeting this Saturday want it?

I haven't tried it and will probably put it out in my shed where it can
collect new smells. 

Has VOLUME and DECAY sliders for each of STRINGS and CELLO.
Switch labeled ENSEMBLE (that's what first got my attention).
Some kind of DIN plug for pedal.
