[sdiy] Intl power supply ac/dc

Hi all,

I'm looking for a power supply block I can mount on my PCB that will
take 110-240V AC in and will give me 12V out. I'd like to use one of
those standard computer power cables, and I was wondering if there exist
complete power supplies which already have this connector, and hide all
the dangerous mains contacts. I don't want to start designing my own
mains power supplies, I just want an easy and safe to use component.
Suggestions?
