[sdiy] Question for HP 6200B DC power supply owner

I have a question and perhaps someone from this list can help me.  
Sorry if this is semi-off-topic.

I got a HP 6200B power supply from eBay and unfortunately, the  
jumpers in the back are missing. I'd like to know which jumpers need  
to be shorted for the unit to funtion properly. Any help will be most  
appreciated.
