Helpful guy, good communication. Recommended.

Ken Stone is very helpful and prompt.

Tom Gamble has always been good for me too - you wait up to a month, (which
is mentioned on the website, and was discussed often on the EFM forum, so
that's expected) and the gear has always turned up, and replacements/extras
have always been sent with no quibbles.

I've had good experiences with Paul Schreiber and the guys at Paia too.
