It may seem like a fair chunk of money, but you should be able to find a
good used TEK scope (like a 2213) on eBay for around $200 - $250 (including
probes). You should try to stick with listings that show the scope working
and state that it is working properly. You'll find lots of listings that say
"was working at one time but I don't have the means to test." I'd try to
avoid these scopes and spend a little more for one that is advertised as
working.
