I have (professionally)

This was some years ago. We considered them a
low cost supplier and did not send them really
critical work.  One time they drilled the wrong size
holes and trashed a production run, for instance.

That was long before Gerber files and Excellon
drill files.  I'm sure they have improved since
then.
