[sdiy] scope recommendations wanted (or even "wtb: scope in england")

hi Julian,

I picked up a very nice scope on Ebay recently for a great price. It's a 
Tektronix 466 in very nice condition and included 2 brand new high quality 
probes for $225. I might have spent half that on the probes alone.
The 466 is a bit older but it's a very nice machine and has all the features 
I need and then some.

If you choose to shop for a scope on Ebay make sure the pictures show the 
unit operating so you can see how bright the screen is. Also try to get one 
that includes probes because they a quite expensive.
