Look for a company named "Aries" who makes IC sockets and
adapters... I'm not sure they have tthem but they are a good bet.
Also, if you have some height above the card, you can buy an IC socket
with long wire wrap pins, and carefully bend those to the TO-5 outline.
Buy some extras, you'll probably trash one or two getting the knack of
it.
