Fixing an old board, are we? I have never seen any adaptors like this
for sale. You might be able to make small PCBs which fit both pins and
make the relevant connections between them. Probably the very easiest
adaptor is to get a good machined-pin wire-wrap socket and gently bend
the pins to where you need them. You can get the socket quite near to
the board if you are careful.
