[sdiy] Polydac ( one last time )

There seems to be a good bit of interest in the Polydac.  Once I get this
first batch of boards in and get one or two assembled and tested so I know the
boards are good I'm seriously considering doing a run of them ( with Paul's
permission ).  If all goes well I should be able to offer a board with
programmed CPU for whatever cost turns out to be and perhaps also the Analog
Devices parts which arnt stocked by Digikey or Mouser.

I'll post again when I've reached that point.
