Because of the fact that the CA3280E has gone bye bye, and I am almost out 
of vocal filter boards, it does not seem reasonable to make another batch, 
so, I have put the files into the public domain.  You can do what you want 
with the files.  Everything is there, the schematics (real schematics, not 
just PDFs of schematics), PCB board files and all of the Gerber files and 
CAM files.
