[sdiy] Polydac

I was able to order Polydac boards finally.  Looking at the GCPrevue file it
shows the bottom solder mask also being used for the top solder mask.  This
explaination seemed to satisfy the board house and the order is placed.

Assuming the boards turn out okay I dont know how many I'll have spare, but
doing additional runs is easy ( I'm planning to build at least 2, if not 3
so I can replace my Paia midi/cv's ).  The boards are running somewhere around
$22ea including shipping. ( 32in^2 )
