Good for a flanger since the clock rate can go nice and high (down to
<340uS delay)
Take a look at this for example ..

For a delay or chorus (or other fx using longer delays) you might be
better to save your SAD1024 and instead use a cheaper more available BBD
chip like the MN/BL 3207/3208 etc.
