Output - input relation of unlinearized OTA is
out = Ictrl*tanh(in/(2*Vt))
You can use that to calculate how much distortion (roughly) you are going 
to get. Note that in a filter the distortion is going to be less as there 
is some feedback around the OTA in each stage.
