[sdiy] ethics of suppliers/rant

Hi JJS
 I do understand about the small business owner (I am one)
and I do not expect the kind of service I get at my local
retailer. I do expect honesty and communication.
Musically I am primarily a slide guitar player and have
been involved with tube(valve) amp projects the last few years.
I just did not have the experience with that community
that I have had with this one.
I don't expect a higher level of honesty, just maybe better than
about 50%
