I use Mouser at $2 per 100 (in 200pc. quantity) but I think you KNOW that, so I
didn;t
reply before...

You might get to a lower price by the 1,000 pc deals, but re-shipping might eat
all
the cost savings.

In the next year or so, I expect HUGE amounts of leaded, leaded parts  (either
parts with SnPb plated leads, or leads plated with SnPb) to hit the dumpster.
I'm ready.   If my company ditches them I'll probably scoop up a multi-lifetime
supply. Other companies will follow suit.
