Used them for my first-ever PCB just a few weeks back. No idea about their
own software, as I sent them my 'Easy PC' file: standard service, 4.2" x
4.5" double-sided board, top silkscreen and soldermask both sides came to
just over 80euros. The board arrived exactly when they said it would, and
looked really great - it was a shame to have to put components on it. There
are cheaper around, e.g. http://www.olimex.com/pcb/ (eastern Europe
somewhere), but in the end 'you pays your money and makes your choice': for
my money, I thought PCB Pool was pretty good value, and have no reservations
about using them again.
