To add a couple of other recommended sellers:

Tony Allgood of Oakley Sound - Only bought 1 PCB, but was a smooth and 
friendly transaction.  Quality excellent.

Paul Schreiber of MOTM - bought several modules - delivery was very slow 
on some (due to backlog of orders I think), but extremely happy with 
quality of received kits

I've had no negative experiences at all.

P.S. I agree with Doug, it would seem appropriate and useful to post bad 
(and good) trade experiences to this list .. sure, I don't want to see 
this list descend into flame war chaos, but on the other hand this kind 
of public feedback is useful for all.
