hmm,

I'm not sure who you have been dealing with but I have had different 
results.  Every transaction has been good.  I reccomend these people:
Tony Allgood (oakley, bought many PCBs and rare part kits)
Ken Stone (CGS, bought a few PCBs)
Scott Juskiw (tellun, bought a few PCBs)
David Forsyth (a bunch of THAT2180 VCAs)
Larry Hendry (bought cables, pcb brackets, mounting rails. etc)

There are so many other people on this list that I would not even 
hesitate to buy from. most are doing it to help out the sdiy community 
and maybe help pay for some of thier own diy efforts.  None are getting 
rich.
