Hi Rutger,
Did you connect the diodes the right way round? Did you connect pin 7 to
ground and pin 14 to the positive supply voltage?
What are the voltages on the outputs of each gate (pins 10, 11, 3, 4),
without signal?
What happens if you connect the positive supply voltage to input 1, and to
input 2?
The input voltage levels should exceed about half of the positive supply
voltage of the circuit.
