[sdiy] need PCB layout for a +/-9V DC supply

After much debating ( see previous posts from me about power connectors ) I
also settled on these.  They are very inexpensive if you buy in Bulk, and if
you are near a radio shack you can pick up ones on short notice if you have
immediate need.

If you can get the Japanese ones vs the ones from Taiwan or China, the
quality is much higher, but any port in a storm.
