[sdiy] need PCB layout for a +/-9V DC supply

For power connectors I sometimes use the 4-pin plug/sockets used on CB 
radio microphones (these have a metal ring which screws in place to stop 
the plug pulling out).  They are inexpensive, but nice and solid.
