Yes, certainly.
You'd either have patch storage and store an individual CV the lookup table
with each patch,
or - without patch storage - you'd have to do the autotune very often, after
any edit.
Like (1) playing around with delays, filters and stuff, optimising sound
without much care
for tuning, then (2) set your controllers for a stable mode and press
autotune to create
a lookup table.
