[sdiy] what are some good small jacks with NC switches?

I would like to fully normalise interconnections of my modules with jacks 
that have NC switches. In this way when I put in a patch cable it will break 
the normal and allow me to route the signals somewhere else.
What is a good connector system for this? Do NC banana jacks exist? (I want 
this to be small) or should I use 2.5mm NC mono jacks?
