I woud say, in the same order (ceramic capacitors)

100 pF J : +/- 5%  F : -75 ppm/°C
100 pF (it's 100 N 750) N means Negative temp coefficient, N 750 means "-
750 ppm/°C"
0.001 nF or 1 pF is this Z5U ? I don't have an explanation.
82 pF (it's 82 N 330) -330 ppm/°C

What should these capacitors be replaced with? I understand how to read cap
values, but it doesn't seem to help here. Tried mouser and digikey, tried
google, no luck.
