[sdiy] Cheap low-offset op-amp TI LT1013CPG4

Farnell stocks the TI LT1013CPG4. Their site quotes a 150µV offset
(vs. 300µV for LT's LT1013CN8). What's surprising is that it's
1/4th of the price of the LT1013CN8 (2.12 EUR vs. 8.05 EUR).
Where's the catch ?

Tony, if you're reading this, could I subst the LT1013CPG4 for the
LF412 and LF412A you specified in the Little Lag issue 2,
Noise/Filter issue 1 and SVF issue 2 ? It has even lower offset
but a much lower slew rate (0.4µV/s).
