Replaced with ???

They should not be replaced. They are ceramic caps
and are almost certain to be good. (in these values
a failure would be VERY rare)

If you mean to clone the circuit, that is a different
story

The n750 or n330 are temperature coefficients. They
are
temperature compensating caps. You should be able to
find these.

I'll look around. It has benn a long long time since
I've looked for them, maybe they have become very rare
???
