Not really.  I never hooked it up to a controller and played it like a real 
instrument.  Basically it produces a rounded square wave, with a nearly 
sinusoidal form at low "pressure" and a higher harmonic content at high 
pressure.  So it's just as easy to patch up a filtered square wave.  I had 
hoped to get some of the characteristic transients of a clarinet sound, but 
it seems this requires a more complex model, including (for example) 
mouthpiece and reed resonances.  I didn't have much luck putting these in 
with filters, but I didn't work at it too hard, either.  :-)
