I use www.eurocircuits.be 

I have ordered some 2 layer boards there and I found that the 
Price was very good for the quality they deliver. You can also 
Use Olimex, run.to/pcb but personally I find that the quality 
Is not as good as eurocircuits. Of course, the price is much 
Lower so it is still a good solution if you want a lot for very 
Little money.
