[sdiy] Trace width and via diameter/hole size

The place I use would probably not be cost effective for you...but here in 
the US...I use Advanced Circuits...there are dozens of other places that 
give similar deals...but from advanced circuits...I can get three Vocal 
Filter Boards made for a total of $114 US (thats $33 each + $15 
shipping)...Several years ago I had a run of 25 made which cut the cost 
down a bit...by the way...there are only two boards left...since this board 
uses 9 of the CA3280Es....I will not be making any more boards....
