[sdiy] Trace width and via diameter/hole size

Hi Bert,
I make my own PCBs, even 2-side (without metalized vias...) but when I'm
looking to James's vocal filter design, I think that's not possible to make
such a PCB on my own.
Which fab do you use ? Do they make a single print, and is this not too
expensive ?
