[sdiy] midi clock to SQ10

Hi all
I want to run my Korg SQ10 sequencer from a midi clock
from Ableton Live. Sorry to bring up the topic of
software on this forum !!! But I'm wondering if anyone
can suggest a simple work around for this. the korg
triggers when a signal goes to ground and though I
have a doepfer MSY2 it gives a 5v out. I'm sure I used
to be able to do this but I don't remeber how and I'm
not having any luck. I have tried running the midi
clock through the Ext sig processor on the MS20 but it
doesnt work. 
Any suggestions welcomed
