I tried to contact him earlier this year and he didn't respond to any 
emails, although his evenfall website is still there and lists a couple of 
email addresses:

Incidentally, Grant, do you happen to still have a copy of the Mini Modular 
assembly manual and parts list? I'd gladly pay for a xerox or fax (or doc or 
PDF) if you do. I have one of the original MM boards/kits and all of the 
parts, but no instructions.
