AC also has a service for short runs, that I've used with good
results:

But their prices seem to be steadily rising.

I've also used Olimex before, their prices and the results were also
good, but sending international faxes to work out the details was a
hassle.

Sometimes different vendors have very different guidelines &
requirements. AC seem to be reluctant to do any step & repeat in
their discount services, while Olimex did it without question. AC
wanted Gerbers and Excellon files, Olimex worked straight from my
Eagle Light files.
