I was unable to find push buttons with the right dimensions and
pin layout. I used some 12x12mm Omron B3F, soldered to a bit of
perfboard with bent resistor leads sticking out the back,
themselves soldered to the main PCB. No keycaps but with that
model they're not really needed.
