[sdiy] Cheap Midi->CV

I use a Clarity Retro which I bought for quite cheap. It is quite
versatile but low-res. Also I've got a few EFM kits.

But the easiest, cheapest MIDI>CV I have seen yet is here:

I haven't tried it yet though. I don't have the time now, but I am
feeling like I need 16-bit DACs for MIDI, 127 steps is just too coarse
for me. Something like the Encore Expressionist, which is not so cheap.
I'll probably try to make something myself. When he started making the
expressionist again, I had some money so I decided to go for it. Once I
had finally scraped enough together - he increased the price! Grr...
Back to the bench!
