[sdiy] OpAmp question

I don't think you will find anything that will pull both to ground and 
the positive supply rail (but I might be wrong?)

I always use the LM358 when I need an opamp that goes down to ground.  
The quad version of this is the LM324 (or LM124/LM224/LM2902).  It's not 
FET though, and the common-mode voltage range only goes up to approx 
1.5V below the +ve power rail.
