Most of the garden-varity op-amps are single supply. Look at TL074 and TL084
which is easy to get at a fair price. The trouble is not he supplies by the
surrounding circuit, which you will have trouble with anyway.

The single/double supply issue is more a normal use than what the op-amp
supports.
