[sdiy] Cheap Midi->CV

How about the EFM one. I have one unbuilt so I can't say for sure how good 
it is, but I've built the EFM MIDI to gate and that works great. I also have 
a Kenton Pro Solo that works good. I bought it for $100 and that's about 
what it's worth.
