[sdiy] OT: Free Fixx

I've just come home from seeing The Fixx perform for free in Virginia Beach, 
VA. I must say, it was a very nice show - on the beach no less! The guys 
looked and sounded excellent for all their years. If they play in your area 
it's worth the time, you won't be disapointed. Especially the jam on "Red 
Skies at Night".

The synths were loud and clear and just as effective as in their recordings. 
Unfortunately, nothing too spectacular on stage synthwise. I saw a Korg M1, 
a Roland D50, and another one I could not identify but seemed the same genre 
as the others. He did have a large rack of stuff next to him but there was 
no angle that allowed me a peek.

Really a good time and some great performers!
