[sdiy] WTF... it's Tempco news!

Indeed. 1k tempcos are shipping, the last of those in the mail this
tuesday. The 2k tempcos are due to get here next week, and I am getting
those boxes ready to ship as well. Once the 2k are done and here,
orders for 1k+2k will be quickly dispatched. The 1.87k we are still
waiting a few weeks for, which I know kind of sucks.

One ouchie thing in trying to get things together is that nearly $600
of tempcos have yet to be paid for. Out of my $900 I threw into this
months ago - I am still covering $600 for these. Good thing my expenses
here are minimal, but I have had to *borrow* money from my wife to buy
boxes and mail these damn things. I have sent some posts to those for
whom I am holding tempcos, but yet to get monies. IF by some lame
chance I send one to somebody who *has* already paid, then just let me
know. I am trying to keep records of everything as accurately as I can,
but my bank statements are always months behind. Last minute pre-pays
are extremely welcome. I am doing a minor eBay sale of chips and things
to keep afloat in the meanwhile. I'll give until the arrival of the 2k
tempcos for people to pay for the 1k and 2k I am holding, otherwise
I'll then distribute those through other channels so I don't go
completely broke. 

Circumstances have conspired against me a bit. I did write about two
weeks ago saying that I was about to ship the 1k immediately... then my
mother-in-law surprised me with a forced vacation while she had the
bathroom redone! Par for the course I suppose, the timing could not
have been worse. While I was gone though the remainder of the 1k
arrived, as did the mailing boxes for the tempcos. After this long
weekend people will start getting their 1k in the mail. The ETA for the
2k is 9/14, and I am getting those boxes and labels ready *now*.

I know it's not ideal, but that's what's going on. No BS, I will be in
touch now if there are any comments or questions. The work on the house
is finished and I am not going anywhere for some time. Maybe I'll even
get to do some SDIY... I hope. This summer has not worked out at all
like I expected. Could have been worse I guess.
