[sdiy] Scott's Method of frequency Division...

I was looking for something else entirely different in Electro Notes, when 
I ran across EN#70 (Oct 76), page 3.  It it they discuss Scott's Method of 
symmetrical Integer frequency division (ie...you always get a 50% duty 
factor square wave)....take a look...it is already giving me idea's....(and 
these days...idea's are to be frowned upon.... :-)
