Yes.

Well, I just used this as an example for unusual demands of decoupling.

For the record, when I drive LEDs with opamps as current sources (i.e. LED
in feedback loop), I just use a noninverting configuration. *Here* the
ground
is polluted, but I just bring it back to the PSU directly, if there is such
need.
